We are a warm, creative and inclusive Pre-School in Irvine. We Believe……Children should learn things that are meaningful and interesting to them. We develop our curriculum based on children’s interests in order to foster motivation and stimulate a passion to learn….Using open-ended questions, children’s ideas, and conversations as the basis for developing the curriculum creates a much richer learning experience….Children develop a deep love and respect for themselves, others and their environment when they have freedom to express themselves and their voices are heard. A multi-sensory approach is used inside classroom and outdoors. The Pre-School yard is a natural wonderland for a growing, child-cultivated garden. There is an expansive sand area to explore and captivate the imagination. There is also the opportunity for children to observe the wetland animals that live behind the school.nWe are a multi-cultural, iInclusive school and we celebrate the diversity of our community and provide a curriculum that addresses the needs of the whole world (Tikkun Olam), and the the community at large that we represent. We do this through family traditions, holidays, foods and cultures. We respect each individual while we embrace and value social responsibility. As a Jewish Pre-School, Judaism is part of our curriculum. We celebrate Shabbat weekly, a time when the entire school comes together, and we invite families to join us!
